Paid Search Policy

Affiliates may NOT bid on the terms, misspellings or derivations of the following: “Pixio”, “PixioGaming”, “Pixio Store”, “Pixio Online Store”, “Pixio Outlet” and “Brand of the Gamers, by the Gamers, For the Gamers.”
Affiliates may NOT outbid Pixio for the placement of any keywords with the Pixio trademark or any combinations/misspellings thereof, including broad matches, e.g. “Pixio Gaming Monitor”. List includes but is not limited to the following keywords: Pixio, Pixio Gaming Monitor, Pixio Gaming Display, PXC243, PXC273, PX5 Hayabusa, PX277, PX275h, PX277h, PX276h, PX7 Prime, PX329.
Affiliates may NOT bid on the trademarked word “Pixio” in any manner, singularly or in any conjunction with, other characters or in combination with other words in the search that may result in a broad match of the word “Razer” singularly. The word “Pixio” is off limits.
Affiliates may NOT use the trademarked word “Pixio” in any Titles, or the display URL of any paid ads.
Affiliates may NOT directly link from search ads. All paid search ads must link to an affiliate’s landing page.

Program Termination

Affiliates with no referral/sales for six consecutive months will have their account terminated.
While an attempt to communicate with an affiliate suspected of being in violation will likely be made, Pixio is under no obligation to inform violators of the above terms and conditions that they are being made inactive from the program.
Any earnings from sales while violating these terms will not be paid.

General

Affiliates may NEVER use language such as “official” or any ad copy that may appear that they represent Pixio and Pixio Store.
Affiliates may NOT register or use any domain name URL which includes the word “Pixio” in any way.
Affiliates may only use the approved marketing materials produced by Pixio that includes logos, marketing copies, technical specifications, banners and product images.
Affiliates are NOT permitted to use any form of technology, programming or scripting to display the contents of Pixio in another website location including, but not limited to, the use of iframes.
Affiliates with loyalty, incentive, coupon and/or discount code websites, the commission will be capped at 1% for all products.
Affiliates must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Pixio reserves the right to change the program policy without notice at any time.

Commission Policy

When an affiliate generates a sale of a Pixio product or a Pixio Branded Item, the affiliate shall receive a commission on the net sales price.
The resulting amount will be multiplied by the commission percentage awarded by Pixio for each product to the affiliate to produce the commission due.
All commissions to the affiliate will be paid on monthly net sales, and do not include returns, sales tax, cancellations, refunds or shipping and handling. Commissions are typically paid on the 5th (and up to the 15th) of each month for the sales generated in the month prior to the one that has just ended. For example, if you generate sales in May, you will be paid on July 5th at the earliest. The extended time in between makes sure that there’s no returns or fraud from the sales orders you generated.
No commissions are counted unless the customer clicks on the affiliates unique URL link provided by Pixio and ultimately converts into an actual sale at www.pixiogaming.com.
No commissions are awarded on any canceled, non-paid, non-shipped or refunded orders.
At any time, Pixio has the right to cancel or stop any or all commissions if any fraudulent transactions are occurring.

Incentive Program

The Pixio Incentive program is a way for us to show our appreciation as well as provide an opportunity for us to reward Affiliates for their hard work.
Any active Affiliate member will be eligible to redeem one Pixio display of their choice with their first accumulated sales commissions.
How do you redeem?
For example, if an Affiliate member has accumulated a sales conversion of $200 over his or her first couple of months. He or she is eligible to redeem one Pixio display of that equivalent value. If you have earned $400 in total commissions, you will be able to redeem a Pixio display of that equivalent or less value.
You will not be able to redeem again if redeemed once so save up and select the best display that fits your need. Also, once provided unless you received a damaged monitor you will not be able to replace or exchange for a different monitor.
Commission rates will also have tiers and you can earn up to 5% on all Pixio displays. Once approved as a Pixio Affiliate Member you will be provided more information on how you can move up tiers.
