Shipping

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau, APO, and FPO addresses is available at an additional cost. Some locations, including certain military or remote addresses, may have limited shipping availability.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid physical address that can receive FedEx deliveries is required.

Orders typically require 1 to 2 business days for processing and handling. Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

All orders ship from our Southern California warehouse.

Please note that any pre-order is subject to its own timetable, available on the product page.

International

We do not offer direct international shipping to countries outside of the US and CA. However, a limited selection of our products is available in select countries through Amazon.

Please note that we are unable to support orders placed outside of the USA, including assistance with forwarding services or international delivery issues.

Split Shipments / Bundles

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. When an order ships in multiple packages, each shipment is linked to the same parent tracking number. Individual packages may arrive at different times.

Returns

30 Day Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount at the time of processing.

Return Procedure

  1. A return must be submitted via our RMA form. One form is required for each item you wish to return.
  2. The Pixio CS team will reach out within 1 business day to confirm the return and issue a prepaid return shipping label. 
  3. Once approved, ship the unit securely using the provided label with your RMA form to our return center. 
  4. Upon receipt of the shipment, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3 business days.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Missing Item Claims

All Dead on Arrival (DOA) and missing item claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for resolution. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately at CS@pixiogaming.com if you experience any issues.

For verified DOA claims, the 15% restocking fee is waived. Once a DOA claim has been reviewed and confirmed by the Pixio CS team and the item is returned, the full purchase amount will be refunded, or a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location is provided at the time of order. Pixio is not liable for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received.

Refunds

The RMA process takes up to 3 business days. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Return Requirements

  • All returns are recommended to ship in the original packaging or must be properly secured to ensure product safety. Any product damaged during return is the sole responsibility of the sender.

  • Returned merchandise must have an authentic, unaltered serial number.

  • Please include a copy of the RMA form inside the return shipment to help expedite the process.

  • Merchandise returned for a refund must be 100% complete, including the original box, packaging materials, manuals, and all manufacturer-provided accessories. Additional charges may apply for missing items.

Exclusions

  • Unless deemed defective by Pixio, Clearance or Final Sale products are non-refundable.

  • Products or product descriptions marked "Non-Refundable" are not eligible for return.

  • Gift cards and coupons are not refundable.
