Pixio will ship within in the United States excluding APO, FPO, PO Boxes & International Carriers/Couriers or Freight Forwarders.
We provide standard free shipping with 1-2 days processing and delivery time between 3-7 business days.
Please note that any pre-order is subject to its own time-table available on product page.
Thirty (30) Days Return Policy
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Contact us at www.pixiogaming.com/contact or and let us know you want to return your product for either refund or replacement.
- Pixio CS team will reach out to you within 24 hours or the next business day and will require you to fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Make sure to print out a copy, and to place it inside your return shipment.
Once approved to return, please ship the unit safely with your RMA form inside the shipment to our return center below:

- After receiving the shipment, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly within 1-3 business days of receiving the shipment.
- Once the unit is returned, we will ship out a replacement and you'll receive shipment notification as well.
- It will take around 3-5 business days to deliver once the replacement has been shipped out.
- The RMA process may take 1-3 business days to process and a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Please do allow 3-5 business days to be credited back into your account.
- All returns are recommended to ship with the original package or must be properly secured to ensure the safety of the product. Any product damaged during return is the sole responsibility of the sender.
- Returned merchandise must have an authentic serial number that has not been removed, revised, defaced, or damaged.
- Please include a copy of the RMA form inside the return shipment as it will help expedite the process.
- Merchandise returns for refund must be returned 100% complete, including the original box, packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer or additional charges for missing items will be applied.
- Returned packages that arrive damaged without a fragile indication box cover or do not have a fragile indication, will not be covered under Pixio warranty & return policy.
- Any damage claim returns or refund returns must be returned before 14 business days since claim has been filed. Refunds will no longer be eligible if it has passed return window time-frame. We will not be responsible for any packages that is not returned within return time frame.
- Please note that improperly returned shipments will not be accepted.
- Make sure to use a corrugated box with cushioning material such as foam or bubble wrap and packing peanuts to avoid damage during the transit.
- If you do not have the original package and if you need packages and inner cushion for safe shipping back to Pixio, we can send packages and cushions at your cost. Please contact us for your need. Materials are subject to availability.
- Unless the products have been deemed defective by Pixio, Clearance or Final Sales products are non-refundable.
- Product or product description that is marked “Non-Refundable”
- Gift cards or coupons are not refundable.
Refurbished, B-Stock, or Used Products
- All recertified (Refurbished, B-Stock or Used) purchases will receive a re-certified product as a replacement. B-Stock Products are units that may have small scratches, small dents, or noticeable use. These products are Factory Recertified to meet the performance and reliability of a new product of the same model.
- Please note that all products purchased from Pixio Outlet Store or all re-certified (Refurbished, B-Stock, or Used) products will not be applicable to this return policy.
