The sponsor of the SimpleFlips x Pixio Setup Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is Pixio USA Inc., 20140 S Western Ave, Torrance, CA 90501 ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is administered by SimpleFlips, simpleflips@romhacking.com ("Administrator"). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Discord Inc.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry, who have a Discord account in good standing, and who are members of the Pixio Gaming Discord server. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and Administrator, their parent companies, affiliates, and agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each, are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on Saturday, October 10, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). The Administrator's giveaway bot is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

During the Entry Period: (a) join the Pixio Gaming Discord server, which is free; (b) post a photo of your computer or gaming setup in the designated giveaway channel; and (c) tap the "Enter the giveaway" button that the giveaway bot posts in reply, which confirms that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules. Your entry is complete when the bot confirms it.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per Discord account, no matter how many photos you post. Using multiple accounts, automated systems, or any other method to obtain additional entries will void all of that person's entries. Your setup does not need to include any Pixio product. Entrants may withdraw their entry at any time during the Entry Period using the button on the giveaway post.

Photos must show your own setup and must not contain nudity, hateful or illegal content, other people's personal information, or anything else that violates Discord's Terms of Service or the server's rules. Administrator may remove any photo and disqualify the related entry at its discretion.

By entering, you grant Sponsor and Administrator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submitted photo and Discord username in content about the Giveaway, including SimpleFlips videos and streams on YouTube and Twitch, the Pixio Gaming Discord server, and Sponsor's website and social media channels, for twelve (12) months after the Entry Period ends. Content published during that period may remain available afterward. You confirm that you own the photo or have the right to grant this license, and that anyone shown in it has agreed.

On or about Wednesday, October 14, 2026, Administrator will select one (1) potential winner, plus an ordered list of alternates, in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. When the Entry Period ends, Administrator will post in the giveaway channel a SHA-256 fingerprint of the locked entry list and identify a future round of the public drand randomness beacon (drand.love). The drawing uses that round's published value, so the result can be independently verified. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by direct message from the giveaway bot on Discord and must submit the claim form, with their full name, shipping address, email address, and phone number, within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and the next alternate in the drawing order will be contacted.

Only the giveaway bot will contact the winner. Sponsor and Administrator will never ask for passwords, payment, or financial information.

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of: one (1) Pixio PX279 Wave Blue monitor; one (1) PSW1SBL Wave monitor arm; one (1) PXTS1 top monitor shelf; one (1) PXH212BBL 6 ft HDMI cable in blue; and one (1) PXD21542BE DisplayPort cable. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $433.95. Sponsor will ship the prize to the verified winner's address in the United States. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item becomes unavailable. All taxes and any costs not listed here are the winner's responsibility. Manufacturer warranties apply. Sponsor makes no other warranties.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner's Discord username may be announced in the Pixio Gaming Discord server and in SimpleFlips and Sponsor content about the Giveaway, without further compensation.

Entry information is handled as described in the giveaway privacy notice, available from the "Privacy" button on the giveaway post in Discord. In short: Administrator collects your Discord user ID, entry time, the photo you entered with, and your eligibility confirmation, only to run the Giveaway. The winner's contact details are shared with Sponsor only to verify eligibility and deliver the prize. Entry data is deleted within 30 days, and the winner's details within 90 days, after the prize is delivered.

Sponsor and Administrator may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of technical failure, fraud, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and, if it is canceled, award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules is not a waiver of that term.

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Discord Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; for technical failures of Discord, networks, or devices; or for typographical errors in Giveaway materials.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Official Rules, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through informal discussions. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good faith efforts, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
