Firmware
For firmware updates, please download the software to apply the new firmware update to your StreamCube. If there is a new update, the software will check that for you automatically. Make sure to download and install the software first. Launch the software, then connect the StreamCube to your computer using the provided USB-C cable. You may use the USB-A adapter that is included if you do not have a USB-C port on your computer.
Make sure to follow all the instructions and do not unplug your StreamCube from your computer unless instructed to do so.If you encounter an issue where you receive more than one prompt to update your StreamCube to the latest firmware, please make sure to click “Ok” for the first prompt and click on the X at the upper right corner of the window for any prompts thereafter.
If your update is stuck and seems to not be working for more than 15 minutes, you may unplug the StreamCube at that point and try applying the firmware update again. Close the software, reopen, then replug your StreamCube into your computer to see if you can try again. If not, please contact us for assistance → https://pixiogaming.com/pages/contact
