Step 1

Download the Software

Download and install the update software onto your computer. When you launch it, the software will automatically check if a new firmware update is available.

Step 2

Connect Your StreamCube

Use the included USB-C cable to connect your StreamCube to your computer. If your computer doesn’t have a USB-C port, you can use the provided USB-A adapter.

Step 3

Follow On-Screen Instructions

Carefully follow the update instructions provided by the software. Do not unplug your StreamCube during the update unless you are specifically instructed to do so.

If you see multiple prompts to update:

  • Click “OK” on the first prompt.
  • Close any additional prompts by clicking the X in the upper right corner.
Troubleshooting

Update stuck for more than 15 minutes?

You may unplug your StreamCube and try again:

  1. Close the software.
  2. Reopen it.
  3. Reconnect your StreamCube and restart the update.
