Damaged box, display not working correctly

When we received this computer (7 days after it was supposed to come to our house), the box was dented, ripped, and cut. Everything else was fine from there, until we turned on the computer. This monitor is apparently 1080p, but it even showed 1200p option. However, the quality was distorted and it looked more like 420p. It also says that this computer is 165hz, but in settings, the only option was 59.000hz. Finally, enabling HDR mode made screen almost turn completely gray. Nothing worked as expected. Maybe it is just because it is refurbished, but I do not recommend this.

The damage is most likely from the shipping, so we apologize on behalf of FedEx that they shipped the monitor to you in that condition. The late delivery is most likely delays from FedEx as well as we always ship our products on time, though we won't know for sure unless you can provide us with the tracking information/order number.

The PX243 is a 1920x1080 resolution monitor, so it is odd you are having only that as a max resolution and only 59Hz refresh rate. Please check to see if you are connected to the GPU or the motherboard.
